  • My C5 RS6 was at the Audi independent for months to have an engine and transmission out going through; rebuild turbos, upgrade gearbox, hoses, seals, etc…only to get it back and a month later develop a nasty exhaust manifold gasket leak which will require an engine out job again for a $40 gasket. So, I’ve purchased the video and needless to say that you’re my hero for making this, as I will tackle the job on my off days at home. Brilliant and good on you!

Welcome to this special Total Technik PROJECT video in which we will show you how to remove the entire Slam Panel assembly from your Audi S4 (B6 and B7)...

In this video we'll be showing removal of the full Slam Panel assembly including radiators, fans, fan surround etc - literally removing the entire panel from the front of the car!

The process is quite involved and does take some time, but there`s nothing there too complex - making it an ideal DIY project!

We'll take you through the full process step-by-step and show you every screw, nut and clip along the way so you can easily follow along at home.

This removal process is intended for DIY users and so can be done easily with just jacks and axle stands - you do not need a car lift to complete this removal!
